Cleanse for Life should be used as part of an Isagenix System for either daily use or on a Cleanse Day.
- For daily use: take one scoop of powder dissolved in 60–120 mL (2-4 oz) of water or 30-60 mL (1-2 oz) of liquid Cleanse for Life up to twice daily.
- For Cleanse Days: take one scoop of powder dissolved in 60–120 mL (2-4 oz) of water or 30-60 mL (1-2 oz) of liquid Cleanse for Life up to four times daily.
Enjoy warm or cold. Refer to your System Guide for further guidance.
